Nrigiftshop.com is a premium web based e-gifting service for the world, to the world, by the Indians. The store was initially started to cater the needs of Non Resident Indians and People of Indian Origin who wish to send gifts to their friends and families in India.

We have spread the domain of our services over last four years and now cater the needs of Indian Residents who wish to send gifts to recipients in India and to 40 other countries worldwide. Our e-store is also a regular shopping destination for Non Indians interested in procuring Indian artifacts, costumes and traditional Indian eatables.

We operate from Hyderabad city, capital of Andhra Pradesh state. We however procure goods and merchandise from all over the Country.

·     How do I find My Favorite Items?

Browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can do this with options like Search with Keywords or Advance Search. Or you can simply check out the products by the categories that are displayed on the left. Each category is further divided into sub-categories and the products under each. The navigation is fast and easy. 

·     How does one Place his/her Order?

You need not be our registered user to start shopping. However at the time of the payment, you will be required to register yourself. It is always useful to first register before you start shopping. If you’re not registered, register now. 

Browse through our online shop and check out the products. Once you find the product of your choice and wish to place your order for the same, click on Add To Cart button. You will be shown your shopping cart, where the product name, quantity and rate is detailed. If you wish to add more products to your cart, continue to do so and modify quantity if you intend to place order for multiple products of the same type.

Once you are finished with adding products to your shopping cart you can proceed to enter the shipping details, make your payment and exit. Press the recalculate button, only if you are ordering multiple quantities of the same product. Press the “order now” button.

If you’re a registered user and are already logged in you will be directly taken to the shipping details page. If you’re registered but not logged in, you’ll be required to login. If you’re a new user, you can register now and proceed.

Now you will be brought to the shipping details page. Enter the details for the destination where you intend the delivery to be made. If you wish to convey a specific message to our customer support or wish to send a message along with your gift, enter the same in message block. Select the payment mode most suitable to you. Enter your credit card details, press “GO” and your order process is over.

·     I wish to Tell a Friend about this site. Can I do that?

Shopping experience is something that you love share with your near and dear. And if you come across a good deal, you would like to pass it on to others. When browsing, you come across any product that you think your friends would find interesting, click on Tell a Friend link, type in the email ids and send them the details.  

·     Is it secure to detail my credit card number and details?

Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted. Click here for more info.

·     Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage?

The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. Nrigiftshop however reserves in its absolute discretion, to deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons beyond its control. 

For certain products/services the images are indicative and not of the original product. We explicitly mention about such images in product details. Our images are clicked and edited to appear visually appealing. However at the time of actual delivery the goods/merchandise are packed and shipped in their original packing.

·     How do I know if the delivery of my gift was made or not ?

After the delivery of your gift/merchandise we'll send you a confirmation of Delivery by E-mail. You can also request your order status by sending us online order status request. 

·     Are there any additional delivery charge ?

All the goods on our site are inclusive of delivery charges, anywhere in India. 

·     Can I cancel my order ?

Orders once shipped cannot be Cancelled. For orders not shipped, you can send your request for order cancellation online, by going into “my account” feature. 

·     What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there ?
